Reformer Pilates improves strength particularly in the core, glutes, legs and upper body. It can improve posture, flexibility and balance. Participation in class can also help relieve stress and improve mental wellbeing.

Possibly. Please let us know about any injuries or medical conditions before your class so we can advise whether Reformer Pilates is suitable for your injury and the stage you are at with it. We can then look to offer appropriate modifications if you are able to safely join a class.
No – booking ahead is always required.
This depends on your goals, experience and lifestyle. If you’re just starting out, 1–2 classes per week is a great way to build confidence and establish good technique. For those looking to progress more quickly, 2 – 3 classes per week can help improve strength, flexibility and overall fitness. The most important thing is consistency – regular practice will always deliver the best results.
